Recently I have been hearing about an initiative to make health records available to everyone at any time. This is so in case of Emergency and you need medical attention a health care provider can know your medical history. Which can be the difference between life and death in some cases. I have an interview with Dr. Vic Ketrepal, Principal and founder of Care Evolution Health Care Technology. His goal is to unify personal health care records so that every individual will have access to his or her records. Therefore, releasing health care records that your primary care provider can hold hostage . Dr. Keterpaul, believes that we have to rethink how we provide health care in this country.
